NextGen Synergy Integrated Health exists because people with IDD and co-occurring mental health needs have been underserved for far too long. Too often, behavioral health systems are not built for people with disabilities, and disability systems are left without meaningful clinical support.

We are changing that. Our work is rooted in person-driven, trauma-informed care delivered by clinicians who understand disability, value collaboration, and meet people where they are. By expanding access to high-quality telebehavioral health and partnering closely with families and support teams, we are building care that is responsive, respectful, and grounded in the real lives of the people we serve.

Assessment

NextGen Synergy provides behavioral health assessments for people with IDD and co-occurring mental health needs. Our assessments are person-driven, trauma-informed, and tailored to support accurate understanding, meaningful planning, and coordinated care.

Counseling

NextGen Synergy offers telepsychotherapy for people with IDD and co-occurring mental health needs, grounded in person-driven and trauma-informed care. Our clinicians are trained to adapt therapeutic approaches to be accessible, collaborative, and responsive to each person’s communication style, goals, and lived experience.

Medication Management

NextGen Synergy offers medication management delivered through telebehavioral health by clinicians trained to work with people with IDD. We emphasize shared decision-making, clear communication, and collaboration with people, families, and support teams to support safe, thoughtful medication use.
