How hard is it to get our staff set up?

What kind of support will my team have?

Not hard at all! Once your agency joins, you’ll get a single link that anyone on your team can use to access all of our resources.

Once you’ve joined, anyone on your team can email jackson.g@nextgenidd.com with questions or if they get stuck. Getting to know our agencies is one of our favorite parts of the job!

Does unlimited really mean all our staff?

Yes! Everyone on your team is covered, and when new staff join mid-year, we’ll help get them onboarded too.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. Use the “Request an invoice” button above and we’ll send PO-ready paperwork the same day.

Is Project ECHO® capped in any way?

Nope! There’s no cap on attendance, so bring as many people from your team as you’d like.

Do sessions include CEUs?

Is there a multi-year option?

Yes! A two-year membership is $9,500, which saves you $500 and locks in your rate. Just let us know when you request your invoice.

Yes! Our live workshops and ECHO sessions include CEUs.
