Training
NextGen Synergy builds knowledge, skills, and clinical capacity through a layered learning approach. Our Quarterly Training Calendar delivers live and virtual trainings focused on person-driven and trauma-informed supports for people with IDD and co-occurring mental health needs.

Launching in January 2026, the Synergy Institute brings on-demand training, tools, and curated learning pathways together in one accessible Learning Management System for teams, leaders, and clinicians.
Project ECHO
NextGen Synergy’s ECHO Projects connect providers, clinicians, and direct support professionals through collaborative, case-based learning.
Using the ECHO model, we create virtual communities where participants learn from national and local experts, share real-world challenges, and build practical skills to better support people with IDD and co-occurring mental health needs.
Our ECHO Projects emphasize person-driven, trauma-informed practice, peer learning, and immediate application to strengthen clinical confidence and service quality across systems.
HealthStrata MSO®
NextGen Synergy’s Clinical Management Services Organization (MSO) is purpose-built to expand the knowledge, skill, and clinical capacity of providers committed to supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Through targeted infrastructure, tools, and partnerships, we equip and grow a network of mission-aligned providers ready to meet this need. The care delivery workforce includes licensed clinical professionals and interdisciplinary team members - nurse practitioners, therapists, psychiatrists, behavior support professionals involved in delivering and supporting behavioral health services.
We build, manage, and optimize the infrastructure behind care so behavioral health professionals can focus on service delivery while HealthStrata MSO strengthens operations, compliance, revenue performance, and long-term sustainability.

Our consulting focuses on expanding capacity to support people with IDD and co-occurring mental health needs through person-driven, trauma-informed models.
